PAYMENT
I accept PAYPAL & Cheque Payments. However I will only order supplies (if required) for your Order and Work will only be started upon receipt of cleared funds. (Please allow up to 7 working days for cheque payments to clear)
POSTAGE
Prices Include P&P by 1st Class Post.
For international delivery prices please mail me with your destination.
RETURNS
As items are custom made and I can Only accept returns if an error is made by me. Please check your personalisation details are correct as I will print them word for word as per your instructions. In the unlikely event an error is made by me (Not happened yet and I don’t intend it to!!) It will be rectified or I offer a refund less any postage costs on return of the item within 14 days. If a mistake is made by the buyer then personalisation details can be rectified but may incur a Cost.
HANDCRAFTED
All my Guest Books, Albums & Cards are handmade or Hand Finished and therefore as a testament to this, slight variations may occur between each item produced.
Colour variations may occur from photographs of products.
Please note designs contain small parts, which are not suitable for young children.
LEAD TIMES
As all items are made or hand-decorated by myself please allow 28 days for Delivery. Most orders do go sooner please contact me before ordering and I may be able to meet your deadline.
